October 2006

Last weekend, Saturday the 21st of October, I had an accident on my motorbike, a red 1996 Suzuki GS500E.

I came off down near a coastally town (Batemans Bay) that I rode my motorbike to that day to have lunch at with some friends.

I am writing this email to you today because I was wearing my Draggin Traffic Jeans at the time of the crash, and if it had not been for those jeans I would definitely have required skin grafts.

When I came off my motorbike I was doing about 80kmph (I think that's about 45mph?) and I was going around a corner when I fell to one side with the motorbike, scraping my right leg on the gravel then got thrown over the motorbike landing on my left side where I then slid on my left side.

The most damage I received to my awesome Draggin Jeans was when the AMBULANCE MEN CUT THEM OFF ME!! My legs and knees stayed intact with a minor cut and little scratch on each. - A SMALL price to pay for kissing cement at 80kmph!!

However if I think about what might have happened if I was not wearing your jeans, or a cheaper (or different brand) of motorcycle pants, I shudder...

Your jeans saved MY legs!!!!

This is just a quick email to say THANK YOU for your quality jeans and to let you know that I WILL be buying ANOTHER pair of Draggin Jeans (when I have saved up enough, and it will be another pair of Traffic AND a pair of your urban Combat pants) and I have already told everyone I know about the incident and the great job YOUR pants did of protecting me.

As long as I ride, I will always ride in Draggin!! :-)

Yours Sincerely,

Jonathan Condon - Canberra
