Testimonials / Letters - Letter 65May 2006 Hello Ben: The cargo pants arrived a week ago. I used them all weekend long on a 1500 mile trip to "The Tail of the Dragon, TN, USA"(I'm sure you might have heard of it, but if not, I suggest you check out the official website by the same name. This place has the name of your product written all over it, and surely the need for them!) and I was very pleased with the comfort and style they provided, as well as the protection (even thou I didn't have to test them this time, thank God!), but it sure was reassuring to know that I was protected by your product. The knee pads for some reason, just didn't seem to fit right at all, or to protect appropriately. I had to opt for not using them due to the fact that the pants lack the space for them, a proper way of holding them in place, or the wearing comfort and fit. I was trying to ride with them on, when one of them just fell right off in the middle of the street, from inside my pants' legs, while riding! As a suggestion, your company should look into the construction of the "5.11 Tactical pants" for possible ideas and improvement options to your product. They have an ample space for the legs, and have a hidden pocket in the knees, accessible from the inside of the pants, where you can insert kneepads at just the right spot/height. Something of this nature, would be a great improvement on your product. I would sure like to buy some like that. I think that If I was ever to fall while wearing your product, I would most likely re-saw the kevlar material inside some 5.11 to be able to use that knee pad pocket feature. Thanks for the ball cap and the T-shirt. I loved them both, but unfortunately had to give away the shirt because I am an XL and it was an M. Everybody in my trip had something to do or say about the pants. Two of my friends even barrowed them for a while to try them out and to go riding with them. They were more than pleased and impressed, I almost had to fight them just to get my pants back! LOL! I told them about your website and where to find the product.
