Testimonials / Letters - Letter 13Dear Grant, Thankyou for the replacement offer of the jeans. Here is the story I promised you. I was travleling to Sydney for God's Squad CMC's National run with a small group of other members. We were about 10km north of Tarcutta on the Hume Highway when I came over the crest of a hill and rode into a dead roo that was lying on the road. On hitting the roo the bike (Triumph T509 Speed Triple) went out of control, resulting in a high side, which broke my left arm. I then slid for another 160km down the wrong side of the Hume Highway before coming to a stop. I ended up in Wagga Base Hospital. I sustained no further injuries apart form some grazes to my hands. Medical staff at the hospital informed me that serious damage to my legs and hips was prevented by the Draggin Jeans and the knee/ shin guards that I was wearing at the time. The protective qualities of the jeans was obvious to ambulance staff that attended the accident and to my friends. Hence I think they will be getting a pair when they can. Thankyou again and all the success in the world for your excellent products. Yours Sincerely Clyde Lourensz |
