Postal returns from the USA, what postal service do you recommend?

If returning goods to Draggin Jeans from the USA then we recommend that you use "U.S Postal Service Global Priority Mail"

Why does my invoiced amount appear different from the confirmation from your online store?

Draggin Jeans invoice in Australian dollars at the exchange rate from an international forex site on the day. Draggin Jeans quote this rate on your invoice. Please do not be alarmed. Draggin Jeans will not overcharge.

What are freight costs to my country?

All freight/shipping costs are calculated when you order at our online store. View the table below (subject to change).

Unless otherwise indicated sales from our site are duty free. Some customers may be required to pay local duties in their country, though in our experience this rarely happens due to the small value of each purchase.

How do I get my size right? is there a correct way to measure myself?

What leg lengths do they come in?

All leg lengths are written in the sizing section on the product page.

Standard men’s leg length is a 34” inseam and standard women’s leg length is a 32” inseam. If you require longer then please have a look at Draggin Jeans Extra’s.

Draggin Jeans are longer in the leg so they cover your ankles when you are on a motorcycle. Draggin Jeans recommend you put your boots on and sit on your bike to check length before hemming.

How do clothing sizes vary country to country?

See the chart below but to be sure we recommend you measure your waist as per measuring instructions.

Where should Draggin Jeans lining be on my knee?

Draggin Jeans lining should start just above the knee in standing position and the knee should still be well covered in the riding position. For riders that are very tall or those vertically challenged please review Draggin Extra’s as these have additional lining in them to ensure your knee is protected. Draggin will add more lining at an extra cost of if needed.

Can I retro waterproof my Draggin Jeans?

We have had a number of customers use Nikwax very successfully for this purpose. Nikwax is used by many major brands where waterproofing required.

What is the difference between Draggin Jeans K-Legs and other Draggin Jeans pants?

All Draggin Jeans products use the same revolutionary lining so the only difference is the style. K-legs are designed to be worn as an undergarment.

I want clothing for really hot weather, what do you recommend?

If you are going riding in hot, humid weather then Draggin Jeans recommend Cargos, which are made from a light weight drill. A couple of good options for on top are Draggin Jeans Ultra-light jacket, which is made from tough cotton making it extremely breathable or Draggin Jeans K-shirt, which is made of 100% Kevlar.

How to Measure?

Your Waist

• Please measure waist with button and zipper done UP.
• With band pulled out firmly measure one side to the other using inches or centimetres. Our jeans will not shrink, they will give a bit after being worn for a short time so best to start firm.
• Double the measurement = Your waist size.

Your Chest

Measure the largest part of your chest.

Tape goes straight across.

Breathe normally.

Measure over undergarments.

Keep tape measure comfortabley snug, not tight.

Measure to the nearest 1/4inch or 1/2cm.

Back Protectors

For correct sizing on back protectors customers need to measure from top of spine to bottom of the spine.
